What Happens at the Consultation Meeting?

The initial consultation meeting can be done in-person, by phone or with video conferencing. The goal is for us to understand your situation so that we can show you all of the options that are available to help you get out of debt and back on track. We will spend close to an hour together, looking at the details of your situation and reviewing the available options.

How To Prepare

First of all, don’t worry! We understand that these situations can be stressful. We want you to be comfortable and confident that we are here to listen and not judge.

If you come prepared with a list of debts, including who you owe and how much, we will be able to provide you with precise information and examples.

Pro Tip: If you have specific questions you would like to have answered you can write them down and bring them to the meeting.

Know Your Options

Because Licensed Insolvency Trustees are regulated by the Federal Government, we are required to abide by a strict code of ethics. This includes making sure you know ALL of the options that are available to you before deciding which one you wish to pursue.
